Done the new update and went to load in but game sticks on 95% and have to force close, have attached the report file in link below

I'm afraid the log does not show anything.
Please be patient as it can take a while on slower PCs without SSD.
If it really consistently hangs for more than 2 minutes, please use process explorer to crate a minidump and upload it here.

When Factorio freezes, find it in Process Explorer, right click it, select Create Dump -> Create Minidump. It will generate DMP file, please compress it by ZIP and upload it here. Thanks.
