[0.17.15] Blueprint library gone

Updated from 0.17.14 where all my blueprints were available, to 0.17.15, and all my blueprints are gone.

Attempted to revert to 0.16.51 and load an old save game (some random advice) and that royally screwed the pooch as Factorio destroyed the .backup file. I didn't know where blueprints were stored prior to looking in the correct location (%appdata%/roaming/factorio).

I will recover file from O/S backups.

Thanks for the report. Do you have any way to reproduce the blueprint library file being deleted when switching game versions? Without that, there's nothing I can do.
