no idea when you changed this, but this change can be quite critical for some mods, because the inner_name parameter is ignored entirely.
on the api website (https://lua-api.factorio.com/latest/Lua ... s_filtered) it's still written as inner_name

Thanks for the report however it has been "ghost_name" on find_entities_filtered since it was added to find_entities_filtered.
At no point has it ever been inner_name for find_entities_filtered.
