Upgrading account

I have been attempting to upgrade my account from the $15 account to the $25 account without any success. Every time i get to the part where I enter my credit card info and click confirm it redirects me to a page that says transaction canceled and that the payment method cannot be changed. Anyone know what's going on or how I can fix this?

Like I said, I've read that already and already emailed them. Apparently only one guy knows how to do the finances though so I have to wait till the end of the week to hear back.
