Hello there, thanks for this awesome game! Love it! Anyway...

In the research tree Physical Projectile Damage 2 is missing Logistics Science Pack as a pre-requisite.
Almost cosmetic...

Edit: same for Weapon Shooting Speed 2

This is not how the tech tree is set up.

OK, but for all other tech its like that, just this one is different...
I mean, just after the 1 version is done the 2 is available even though I didn't have Logistics researched!!!
All others only become available after it...

Could you point me to a explanation why its this way then? it's a bit illogical to me...

Edit: I just noticed, it occurs to all military tech... non military tech work as expected!!! shouldn't they all work the same way???

I would also like to report this. Even if the player has not researched Logistic Science Pack, Physical Projectile Damage 2 and Weapon Shooting Speed 2 appear as researchable. However, everything else that requires the Logistic Science Pack research appears unresearchable.

It looks like the tech tree for PPD2 and WSS2 needs to be updated to include the dependency on Logistic Science Pack.

This is clearly not "working as intended." The way the tech tree revamp was described, EVERY technology entry which requires a kind of science pack that has to be researched (as in, all except automation science packs) is now supposed to list that science pack technology as a prerequisite, directly or indirectly. These don't follow that rule, creating a situation where you can attempt to research a technology which you aren't actually capable of researching, since you can't even build the science packs it requires. It was supposed to be impossible to do that, now.

quite sad to have no feedback on something that others do agree that is not working as expected... at least an explanation on why its that way was expected!!!

Like is said the 50 (hyperbole) other topics about this kind of thing, the devs generally don't define science pack prerequisites for multi-level techs like this, to avoid clutter in the tech tree.

Tallinu clearly has a different thinking about that... ;)

if you can't research it it should be unavailable... or all should be available and its your problem to check if it can or not be researched...
but having some unavailable and other that can't be researched available is confusing and, in my humble opinion, counts negative (even thought insignificantly) to this great game!!!
