[0.17.31] Can't use tab key in train and train station color selection

In one of the recent 0.17 builds I've noticed that `tab` key no longer works as expected.

Reproduction:

1. Open train or train station GUI
2. Select one of the color text fields
3. Try to use `tab` key to switch between the inputs

Expected behavior:

You are able to switch between the inputs using the keyboard. Actually, it used to switch between the text field and range input like this:

Thanks for the report. We don't currently "support" navigation by "tabbing" in GUIs. If it works - that's fine - but we don't explicitly go around making sure it works in every GUI. In this case it doesn't appear to work and so you'll have to use the mouse.
