[kovarex] [0.17.11] Upgrade planner does not preserve wire connections between ghosts and non-ghosts

Steps to reproduce:
Place a number of upgradable items, and connect them all together with wires
Copy and paste them to a new location to create ghosts
Place some (but not all) of the ghosts, either manually or with robots
Upgrade all of them using the upgrade planner
Place the upgraded items (again, either manually or with robots)

What happens:
The upgrade planner will break circuit connections between the ghosts that it replaced and the actual items marked for upgrading.

What should happen:
All circuit connections should be preserved.

Thanks for the report, this is now fixed for 0.17.26

There was also another problem, with the undo not working with ghost connections, that is fixed by this change.
