Friends

This idea is not directly to the game itself, but I think it is still an improvement.
What if you can somehow "add friends". I think that could be useful for players of Factorio, who do not own a Steam version.
(thinking of seeing, if your friend is playing on some server, name of the server, or just some messaging service etc.(I know that we can communicate out of the Factorio, but when you have it installed, then why not through it))
And I am sorry for my English, I am not from English-speaking state so if you found some mistakes then please forgive me.

That cloud be a nice idea but i think this will be difficult because this will add a in game menu. And a other section in the menu so i think the priority is on bugs

Not posting a non-contributing comment on 2-year old thread is probably preferable in this case. Thread necromancy isn't inherently bad, I've necrod threads myself, but it should be done for a reason.
