[0.17.23] can't copy things marked for deconstruction

this may be a feature in itself, so maybe this is a specific feature request.
when selecting something for a blueprint things marked for deconstruction dont show up.
i think that makes sense when other things are being selected aswell which are not marked for deconstruction.

however when selecting only things marked for deconstruction i for one intend to copy those things, i can't copy anything else as there is nothing else.

It's intended to work that way.

If you want to cut something, use the cut tool.
If you want to copy just a region, first copy then deconstruct. Or use the convenient blueprint editing confirmation window.

If items marked for deconstructions would be part of the blueprint it would lead to many frustrating situations when copying regions that are partially deconstructed by robots.
