[0.17.23] Personal roboport tech tree names

[0.17.23] Personal roboport tech tree names

This is a cosmetic issue. Under Research, in the list of technologies, both personal roboport techs have the same name 'personal roboport', so there's little indication that they are tier 1 and tier 2.

I just ran into this and it threw me for a loop until I saw the icon colors were slightly different!
My mods: Multiple Unit Train Control, RGB Pipes, Shipping Containers, Rocket Log, Smart Artillery Wagons.
Maintainer of Auto Deconstruct, Cargo Ships, Vehicle Wagon, Honk, Shortwave.
