[0.17.23] new modules in assembler not affected by upgrade planner

Post by joshinils »

say i have an assembler 3 which contains two speed1 modules, these get upgraded to speed3.
now the assembler has an item request slot for 2 speed3 modules.
if i then add two more speed1 modules, and re-select the assembler it still has an item request slot for only 2 speed3 modules.

i would have expected that the additional speed1s would also be changing to speed3s.

but i guess it makes sense that that didnt happen as changing the item request slot is also not possible via the upgrade planner.
hence the already existing item request slot doesnt change.

i can wait for the item request slot to be fulfilled and then re-upgrade the assembler to upgrade the remaining modules.

Thanks for the report however I don't consider these situations worth the massive increase in complexity that is the upgrade planner and modules.
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.
