[0.17.9] Desyncs

Dedicated server, two players online, and no real idea what's the trigger. First desync occured while I was typing, second one while replacing underground belts. But it always happend a bit after the second player joined the server. Both players got desyncs in my case. The game is not modded.

Hi, is anything of this sort still happening? Many fixes were done since that version and it should probably be ok.
