[Dominik][0.17.18] Heat Exchanger produces steam but shows 15 degrees temperature and zero steam

I have several heat exchangers connected to the same reactor and to the same water source. Some of them correctly show that they contain "199 steam" and their temperature is 500 degrees. But some of them show "0.0 steam" and "temperature 15" (see screenshot). However, regardless of this, all of them produce hot steam. When I connect storage tank directly to the heat exchanger, the tank immediately starts filling with steam although the exchanger still shows "0.0 steam" and "temperature 15". All heat pipes show temperature over 950 degrees.

This happens when all the steam is take away in every step by the turbine and when the info is created, the boiler is empty.
I will leave this report up here for now as it might change together with other stuff and it does not really do anything bad.
