Crash on opening blueprint book on .17.20

Entered a publicly playable game (jvm oarc) . Opening my blueprint book. Crash.

Also, just confirmed the same thing happened in a vanilla, "new game."

The forum isn't letting me upload the blueprint storage.dat file, but let me know if you'd like it.
