Situation:
You are about to start a new game.
You want to make some changes (compared to your last freeplay game) to adjust the settings of your new game to better fit your taste.
BUT:
You don't remember which settings you choosed the last time ...
It would be really nice, if there were a menu point like "map information" in the game settings, where you could look up the settings, you did choose for your current game.

2. Click Load Game
3. Click your previous game
4. Click Map Exchange String
5. Click the string to focus it
6. Ctrl + A
7. Ctrl + C
8. Click OK
9. Click Back
10. Click New Game
11. Click Map Exchange String box
12. Ctrl + V
13. Click Map Seed box
14. Ctrl + A
15. Delete
16. Change whatever settings you want
17. Click Generate

hmm ok, i see you can use the map exchange string this way.
But it's still more kind of a workaround.
And quite inconvienient, if you just want to have a look on your current settings, while you're playing

I would like it if the map generation screen just remembered the last used settings.
