GTX gaming mods

I am having trouble getting mods to work on my hosted server. I have uploaded them into the mods folder that was already there and unzipped them but nothing is working. does anyone know a way to get mods to work?

I´m not sure, but in the regular game, the ZIP-files doesnt have to be unziped.
Playing since 27.05.2016 @ 0.13.x
