Modifying the "Finish Loading" setting

Is there anyway to change this to "or, 2 seconds of inactivity," instead of "and." I have more items being requested than can fit on my maint train when I am building an outpost. So the train will just never leave the supply station. The "stop timeout" doesnt work for me at all. I feel like i have tried every setting and havent seen this issue when i searched

I ended up editing the scripts and did it myself . changed "and" to "or"

Finish loading is just there to wait until inserters/pumps are done with their actions.

What you want is enabling "Schedule circuit conditions" and force the train out by sending it a green signal.
