[0.17.12] [Mod] Power warning icon order

I'm not sure if this is a mod issue or the primary game. The only custom UI element in the game here is from the Nixie Tube mod



Looking at it more closely, it seems clear the Nixie Tube mod is drawing last, but should it be able to paint over a main-game power warning?
