When I host a new game on multiplayer. the quickactions for blueprints, exoskeleton, robot toggle are disable for me which is understandable. But the joiner has all of these quickactions unlocked without the researches.
So I suggest to enable these quickactions when you have these items, not when you have researched it. Because on our hosted game we have the fasterStart mod which adds 25 robots, personal robot hangar, exoskelet at start of the game. And also the blueprints quickactions should be enabled regardless of research or have robots in inventory.

Another feature that might be concerned is the ghost rebuild timeout - "unlocked" when researching "Construction robotics".

Once the shortcuts are enabled they are enabled forever. You can even write "/unlock-shortcut-bar" to unlock these if you want.
