Thumbs up for skeuomorphic user interface!
A.k.a. non-flat user interface. I miss that kind of interface. Non-flat buttons are somehow much more satisfying to click. Especially the arrows.

+1 I really dislike flat design, since it became a trend. hopefully it will become oldschool and outdated, and replaced by something more satisfying.

I think that the flat style came from a very vocal minority, and then from those chasing trendiness. It very obviously eliminates visual communication, and I also am glad to see it lose relevance.

Don't know if Google is a minority which introduced material design with Android Smartphone OS. Flat design started to be introduced in the early 2000s, but has literally exploded when Apple decided it would be the new amazing thing. Then everyone started copying them, because Apple.
