[0.17.x] Upgrade planner does not preserve inserter custom hand placements

As the report says. If you've used a mod to customise the pickup and drop locations of an inserter, if you upgrade it with the upgrade planner the hand positions are reset to the inserter's defaults.
I would expect them to remain in the custom configuration.

Bob, is there any chance you'd be able to mod the Upgrade Planner so that it would preserve entity data such as custom inserters?

Here's what currently happens when you upgrade an inserter on Bob's Mods.



This is a pretty big deal because if you have an elaborate line with lots of inserters at custom angles, the use of an upgrade planner on them would be a huge mess.

I didn't see it reported before. Found it: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=65462

And if customizable inserter positions are not supported then it should be clearly stated somewhere - we will need to go back to using modded upgrade planner instead of built in one. This customization is part of base game... I'd think that base game upgrade planner should be aware of it.
