Number of members in a logistic network

Is there a way to get the number of members in a logistic network into a circuit? I would like to resupply far off bases with construction bots when the biters destroy some of the bots.

Connect a wire to a roboport. There is an option to read the robot statistics, most usefully the number of construction and the number logistic bots (default T and Y signals) within the network.
