The bottom two stations are named "Load Iron Ore". They are enabled by the circuit network when the buffer chests contain >= 2000 Iron Ore. This is not currently true.
The top and middle stations are named "Rail Network". They are enabled and not connected to any circuit network.
There are no stations named Drop Iron Ore.
The train's schedule is:
 Load Iron Ore
  Until Cargo Full
 Rail Network
  (No condition)
 Drop Iron Ore
  Until Cargo Empty
 Rail Network
  (No condition)

This is in 0.17.7, not 0.17.2.
This doesn't require deleting a stop while the train is moving. The station is already deleted.
