[0.17.6] Place train track from map

Never tried this before and it seems broken so assume it's a bug, not a feature

tl:dr You can place train tracks from the map view infinitely (if there are no obstacles/water in the way) even through unexplored areas

Steps:
Place track normally near the player
Whilst holding track, click the green arrow to extend the track
Go to map view via keyboard hotkey
Zoom in so you can see detail (unsure how to call it but I'm sure you know what I mean)
Extend the track for as long as you want, providing you stay at this map zoom level, even after you are outside player sight/radar range. You can zoom out and back in to test this in unexplored areas and continue extending providing you are zoomed in close enough.
