Reporting a non-positive server/game crash

When did it occur:
1. While placing a Clusterio Fluid Transmitter (Fluid Tank) directly onto a offshore pump
2. While placing a Clusterio Fluid Transmitter (Fluid Tank) directly onto a circuit locked pump (disabled status)

While this is modded, the response from the creator of clusterio reported that this happens since 0.17.6 due to change in factorio

Negative fluids should be impossible, if there is some interaction with a mod that manages to set a fluidbox to negative thats still a bug that should be fixed

There is not, hence the script error when the mod tries to set the fluid negative.

Also the error does not state that he is trying to set it negative, he may be trying to set the fluidbox amount to 0, which is also invalid.
