[Sanqui] Mod portal notification emails have wrong username (sometimes?)

I subscribed to https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Construct ... 000c16eecb manually, apparently a few seconds after Foreros posted.

Since then, my email notifications from the mod portal have been off by one in terms of which username is called out.

For example, the last notification I got about DRY411S posting said, "New reply in Incorrect implementation of localised_name by Klonan." Klonan posted before DRY411S.

When Klonan posted, earlier, the notification said, "New reply in Incorrect implementation of localised_name by DRY411S."

I've not noticed this issue before. It could be new, or it could be related to the timing of when I subscribed. Maybe it's because I had subscribed manually (and will fix itself because I posted in the thread). Just a weird bug in general.

Edit: Just got, "New reply in Incorrect implementation of localised_name by dgw." Of course, the portal was notifying me of a post from someone else, so it hasn't fixed itself just because I posted.

Briefly updating to add that this issue is affecting all threads I've gotten notifications about since posting, not just the one example I linked.

This is annoying because I can't reproduce it but I pushed something that should fix it

For me it's very consistent.
Every notification about new post says that reply is by me. It has been like that from some time. Last one was around 15:00 today so will see on next one if your fix succeded.

Latest mod portal notification (received 06:05 UTC) says I posted the message, so I guess this is not fixed. :/

I hate to say, 2020 hasn't fixed this. It must be some weird kind of thing, or a lot more people would be reporting it.
