[0.17.5] Crash in main menu/about/changelog

1. When opening the changelog section under about and switching between features and major feature the game crashes for 0.17; subversion all.
2. Recreate this by doing the above relatively quickly (less than a second between tabs, curiously if you switch slowly there is no issue...), you may have to do this a few times but I've tried this ~5 times and it crashes without fail every time.

Not sure how I managed to find such an obscure bug, but here we are!

Unable to duplicate on 0.17.5 Linux.

RivaTuner has previously caused issues with Factorio; please disable and attempt to reproduce the issue.

Win7/0.17.5 here. I tried using the arrow keys to move between categories really quickly.
Could not reproduce. Did not crash.

Hmm it seems to indeed be RivaTuner causing the issue (thank you tehfreek for the tip), have disabled it and not experienced any other crashes since with about an hour or so of game-time. Will update if anything changes
