[0.17.4] Game crashes when I try to switch technologies

I'm trying to switch from worker speed 13 (in progress) through 16 to Mining Productivity 16.

When I make the switch and close the window the game crashes every time. I can cancel any of the non current workers speed technologies and change what is in the queue, but not what is currently being worked on.

Attached is an image of something I just noticed. It says I'm researching Worker robot speed 10, but the box in the upper left says 13
