[0.17.4] Crash when erasing a wall ghost before it had time to "connect" to adjacent wall ghosts

I'm not sure that what I described in the title is what caused it, but it's what I did when the game crashed. The log is attached. In case the title didn't make sense, what happened was I laid out a line of ghost walls. Because I was a server, it was a half second before the wall ghosts actually began to visually connect to each other. However, I accidentally made the line too long, so I erased one of the wall ghosts, but the cascade of the wall ghosts connecting had not yet caught up to the one I erased. The game crashed the instant I right-clicked to erase.
