[Oxyd] [0.17.4] Rotating entities behind Tech GUI

if the cursor has something selected when you go to the tech tree by pressing ' T '
codewise that object is still selected, and when pressing ' R ' it will rotate if it is possible.
if it isn't possible ( because of fluid mixing for instance ) you get the error sound and floating text as soon as you leave the tech tree.
