[0.17.4] Replay saving disabled, mod save has different mod settings

I started a new game in 0.17.3 with replay enabled. After the 0.17.4 updated, when I loaded the save I got this error. I have not installed any mods.

Could this be a detection of the "base" mod? As in, you started this on 0.17.3, and with the change to 0.17.4 you can't replay now?

This is not a bug. Changing Factorio version also disables replay.

That's too bad. Can it be supported for major versions at least?
