[0.17.4] Campaign "Arrival", getting stuck if you use up all the wood.

I'm not sure if this counts as a bug, but if you cut down all the trees and craft them into wooden chests, it's impossible to build a small electric pole and continue with the tutorial.

Seems pretty unlikely someone would do this unwittingly, but I suppose they could if they really like wooden chests for some reason.
