Version not updating

I am currently running 0.17.3, at the time of this post, 0.17.4 is available. When I select Check updates from the About menu, the game returns 'No new updates available'. I have selected Settings->Other->Enable experimental updates. I have been manually downloading and updating the game. Is there something I'm missing or is this a possible bug?

There is a bug with updater so it's disabled temporarily.
