0.17 - Quick bar item removal

It took me forever to figure out that middle-clicking is the only way to remove an item from my quick bar. It would be nice to have this function more clearly named in the controls menu, as "toggle filter" is not very straightforward.

Holding an item and middleclicking a slot should directly replace the filter. Right now, it takes two middle clicks.

Toggle filter would imply that middle clicking a second time would restore the filter. Is that the case?

Eh, kinda. It opens a menu that lets you pick a new filter from all the items in the game. Including, happily, ones you haven't researched yet, and unhappily, ones that are impossible to obtain in game without cheats. Or mods with scripts that give items that can't be obtained normally, so its kinda good too.

It is also used for filtering inventory slots which came first.
