[0.17.1] Refined flamables

The merger of the infinite attack/speed research on different weapons is great in general. However, now Refined flamables feel so much less significant, since it only applies to one weapon (and its turrent type). Perhaps merging it with Stronger explosives could be better?

Fuel is a flammable. Engines work from flammables. Maybe refined fire should make coal and solid fuel better, or make vehicles faster? Surely that won't cause any problems.

Or just make the tech cheaper. I don't mind having specialised techs, but it is equal or more expensive than the projectile or laser ones at each level for a roughly equivalent bonus.

Energy weapons are in roughly a similar place, but laser turrets especially are so much more generally flexible that it is more of a priority. I never felt getting or upgrading flammables as being urgent.
