Command to enable quickbar without having completed a single rocket launch

Hey there,

i really looked Forward to 0.17 mainly because of the quickbar Features.

ofcourse you Maybe should complete it the "normal/hard/modded-way first", but it's monly possible for me to Play with one Hand so, enabling those QoL-neccassary-features would be great. How can it be done.


And to avoid Questions: steam achievments aren't possible. i do know this.
