Red assembler visible in tooltip

Steps to reproduce:
Craft some electronic circuits.
put your cursor over the item in the craft queue in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.
See a red assembler

The red assembler is a real thing, but I agree that it shouldn't be visible there.

Is there any information about what this mysterious assembler does? Can't find any references to it
