[0.17.1] Electricity screen does not have a text title

Bug: The electricity screen does not have a text title in the top left. It is blank.

I got here by pressing on a small power pole.

Same for the `Kills` Page

The translations exist in the locale files, the dialogs themselves seem to be either missing source strings or have the text invisible.
