[0.17.1] My toolbar disapear ! Can't interact anymore.. (save included)

Hello,

I was in my research view and after some weird keys interactions (alt+tab, or escape, or ...) I was stuck on this window.
(Can't leave the research window).

It remember me that I should had this bug one or 2 times with 0.16.x
With 0.16 I could save and then exit/load to be able to play again.

With 0.17, reloading my save after a restart of the game and my toolbar has disapear.
I can't interact if I don't take something in my inventory.

I attach my save.

(I tried to launch a new game, no problem. I tried to reload my save after started a fresh game, same problem...)

Thanks for the report. It's now fixed the next version of 0.17.
