[0.17] Quickbar disappeared, unable to restore

Not sure how to recreate this, but I was alt tabbing back and forth and noticed that I the quick bar was missing. I've attached an autosave with a working quickbar and a manual save where the quickbar no longer appears. Maybe it's a hotkey I pressed but I don't see anything letting me toggle the quick bar UI on/off.

I can't interact with the world without the quickbar.

Loading the savegame shows the quickbar correctly.
I can't seem to make it disappear. If you manage to find some way to reproduce it, please post it.
It's probably something related to window resizing, UI scale and your specific monitor size.
Inluding a log is also useful so we can see your screen size, UI scale and other settings.

Haven't been able to reproduce it but loading up that same save file gives me this:
