Updates to Wiki for 0.17

I noticed the Crafting speed of the Chemical Plants is still marked as 1.25 on the wiki but 0.17 updates it to 1.0

Dimensions for Rocket silo are still listed at 9x10. FFF#283 stated it was changed to 9x9 in 0.17.

considering that my script made about 600 edits in 30 minutes, definitely! Doing those by hand would have taken days!

Hello. It appears the furnace output smelting rates on the wiki need to be updated for 0.17. For instance in the testing I did 48 stone furnaces were able to exactly(?) consume a 15/s yellow belt of iron ore which would mean that the furnace output is now .3125 iron plate per second vs. 0.28/s in 0.16. Thank you.

EDIT: I have updated the wiki with the update history for laser turret.

I tried being funny, the fact that the wiki is usable within hours of an experimental update is awesome!
