[0.17.0] Lag changing sound volumes

Basically title. I go to change the volumes and it takes awhile. Up to a minute for it to register. Program is stopped otherwise while changing.

It appears Steam/Factorio is creating a lot of tmp config files while dragging the slider?



EDIT: Added log files but nothing much to see I think
