[0.17.0] standalone.zip can not be opened in win8

i get an error message from windows when i try to open the downloaded zip folder.
winrar also cannot open/unzip it and says:

! D:\Users\Joshua\Desktop\factorio\0.17\Factorio_x64_0.17.0.zip: Das Archiv hat entweder ein unbekanntes Format oder ist beschädigt.

redownloading somehow seems to have fixed it, no idea why

I downloaded it and was able to unzip and run the game without problems.
The package must have gotten corrupted during the first download
