Show % on research progressbar via mouse hover

In late game i do sometimes look at the research progress bar and i want to know how much % is done of the research.

It would be nice if you can for example hover the mouse cursor over the research progress bar to get a tooltip or something to get that information.
i have heard you can run commands to do it, but it would be easier to just use the mouse.
