Submit release as collaborator

Hi to all
I'm not expert in the mod portal but I don't understand something; a guy add me as a collaborator in a mod and I want submit in the realeases a new version with an update. First time I change mod file name to new version and take it in the portal from the interface of release tab, nothing happen, second time the portal say to me that the mod is already uploaded but isn't visible for be downloaded and the last version is the previous.
What is wrong?

Open file info.json and change the version inside of it.
