Multiplayer DESYNC

Hi,

I am playing a multiplayer with my friend, and we were going fine for awhile, but now we are having DESYNC issues, mainly me. We are in the late stages of the game, the map is pretty big and we have quite a few mods. We thought we fixed it twice, it would go away then it started up agin. I am sick of the back and forth, just hoping to get the game running again.
