[Bug] url=steam:// isn't resolved anymore

For those if you out of the know, this link is a custom address that will call your Steam Client Bootstrapper* from your web browser to preform a specific action. In this case, it's telling your Steam application to direct itself towards adding steinio's Steam profile as your friend. There are other examples of this type of link. Here's one:

Opening this link in your web browser will tell the Bootstrapper to launch Factorio from Steam. (provided you have purchased and installed Factorio from Steam onto your computer.)

I see two possible reasons.
1: it's because phpBB figured out that this could be a major security vulnerability, since anything that supports links like this can be activated from an innocent looking url enclosure.
2: it's just a bug.



*Will only work if you have the Steam executable installed on your computer.
