Factorio opening on the wrong monitor

For the past month or so, I have experienced that the game is opening on my secondary monitor as a default. How do I change this back to my primary monitor?

I have already tried to change the settings in game. But it doesn't do any good. The first time it opens on the monitor chosen in-game, but after that it opens on my secondary monitor.

I mainly open the game through Steam, but I have tried both Steam and non-Steam version. And it's the same problem

I'm currently running Windows 10 pro, with gtx 1080ti and 2 Dell monitors (1 in 4k resolution and 1 in 1080p resolution)
