Deadlocked at the very beginning?

I just downloaded what I thought was the full set of PyMods, and am not trying to combine them with any other crazy overhauls, just a few QoL additions. Nevertheless I seem to be deadlocked right at the start of the game.

I seem to be stuck unable to make circuit boards. To make a circuit board you need a capacitor, which needs ceramic. To get ceramic you need a high pressure furnace, which needs circuit boards...

I am sure there is something I am missing, but I seem to be completely stuck immediately on my path to get anywhere. I need circuit boards to do anything basically, including just making a crystal mine so I can get quartz to make glassa and basic science packs.

Please point out to me whatever it is that I am doing silly!

Figured it out!

PyCoal Touched by an Angel REMOVES the handcrafted circuit board from the starting options. I guess it assumes you have some angel or bob mods installed which will overcome the issue.

is this still an issue. the circuits had some major conflict issues i had to sort out and should not be overriding the handcrafted circuits

It was an issue a few days ago. I just disabled the "Touched by Angel" mod since I didn't need it and I was immediately able to see the handcrafted version. I can test later for you, but not ingame atm.
