Congratultions!

You are able to test your mods without uploading them to the mod portal. Just take the folder containg the mods files uncompressed to your factorio mod directory. It will load as if you would have downloaded this same mod from the portal. In this case you don't need to repackage and upload for every forgotten comma ;)

Of course its okay. The mod is on github as an open source project to enable others, like you, to apply their own changes. But in the long run i would prefer to have a single version in the mod portal to prevent confusion for mod users which version to use. As long as you keep this in mind just continue. I do appreciate it!

thats cause you named it wrong. pyht cap 1 is (capacitor1) not capacitor-1

yeah discovered it out to, this wil be fixed in a new version
also i have been in contact with the original uploader
he said his mod will be updated soon
so on my end i will do my best to maintain and help him with the mod

a question to everyone who is using deadlock's stacking for pyanodon

do we need to add every ore and plate from the new raw ores mod into deadlock's stacking?
